When combined with such a module in the portal, customers could correct self-service errors or update texts afterwards, thereby enhancing the user experience and improving clarity. Such a module could also be monetized very effectively—especially for customers dealing with multiple languages. In the past, at a previous employer, we encountered a similar scenario and opted for the POEditor tool, which costs €100 per month for 30,000 strings. With many languages, the strings can quickly add up.
