I would also find this feature helpful, but I think further elements should be considered here. In my opinion, the user should not just be able to browse endlessly.
There are applications where this is apparently possible and it drives me crazy because I want to look at everything but never get to the end. I say apparently, because this endless list also shows me repeat offenders.
That's why I think it would be good if this feature could be extended so that the user doesn't lose track of where they are in the list, how much they have already viewed and how many items are still to come. Here are just a few functions that I would like to use:
(1) Display the total number of items. For example 40 of 200 or 40/200
(2) Use of a scrollbar that shows the user when the next elements will be loaded or a CTA button to load more
(3) Return to the top of the page with one click without losing any filter settings etc.
